Administrators can use up to 10 “professional periods” per month.
“This time may be used for professional work such as: tutoring, preparation for student classes, teaching materials, conferences with district supervisory and/or administrative staff, guidance counselors, or parents.”
At least one week’s notice must be given for use of this time by administration.
