We are just a few days away from the holiday break and on behalf of the entire FFT Executive Board and staff I would like to wish all of our members and their families a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year.
I know that everyone is looking forward to the next two weeks off from school. Whether you are traveling, hosting family for the holiday, or just spending time with the kids and grand kids, I hope that everyone has a safe, enjoyable and restful holiday.
As we celebrate in our different ways, we can all be thankful for the solidarity that gives us strength to fight for what is right. One of the real joys this holiday season is the opportunity to say thank you for all of the work that you do both in the classroom and in constant support of the FFT. I want to thank you for being part of our union, I don't take your membership for granted. Together, we all as the union make life better here in the Farmingdale School District.
