AUTISM SPEAKS WALK 2022
On Sunday, October 2, 2022, Team Farmingdale participated in the Autism Speaks Walk at Jones Beach State Park. It was a beautiful sunny day to raise money and awareness for autism. In true Daler fashion, Team Farmingdale worked together and raised $10,971 for the Autism Speaks foundation.
MAKING STRIDES WALK 2022
The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk was held on Sunday, October 16, 2022. More than 60,000 people along with Team Farmingdale walked united at Jones Beach State Park Field 5. Donned in pink, Team Farmingdale, celebrated survivors, and raised awareness about breast cancer by walking in the annual event. This year, Team Farmingdale and the Federation of Teachers once again raised over raised $3000.00 for the ACS.
